1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the site nayanga.com is subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions. Nayanga Limited operates the site and our details are given above. You will not use the website and/or place an order unless you fully accept the terms and conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and must stop using the website immediately.
Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these terms and conditions, and except in accordance with these terms and conditions all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. ORDERS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. Once you have placed an order and we have received it you will receive an automated email acknowledging the receipt (‘confirmation of order’). This email shall contain all the information about your order, including price and estimated delivery date. You must immediately check all the details contained in the confirmation of order and you are advised to keep a printed copy of the order. You are able to correct any errors in your order up to the point at which you click ‘submit’ on your order. The contract between us will be formed at that point.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that your chosen product is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered. We shall have no other liability beyond that of refunding your payment.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within 7 days of receiving the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid. To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing or by e-mail. You must also return the products to us immediately in the same condition in which you received them. Paragraph 4 below explains your obligations in more detail.

We refuse to accept an order if you do not accept these terms and conditions upon purchase. It is possible that we may refuse to accept an order if there has been a pricing or product description error.
The colours and material finishes appearing on the website are as precise as possible. However, as precise colour representation depends on your personal computer screen, we are unable to guarantee the exact colour of the product upon delivery.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Kindly note that we currently offer the Pay on delivery (POD) service in Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja, Abeokuta and Ibadan only. However purchases above One hundred thousand Naira (N100,000) can only be made by card transactions on Nayanga.com or via bank transfers.

Payment for purchases to be delivered to states outside these will be made directly on www.nayanga.com or via bank transfer.

If you will be paying by online bank transfer, order number should be stated as subject of email with screen shot of complete payment of purchase including delivery fees to hello@nayanga.com

If you will be paying by bank teller, order number and full amount including delivery fees should be stated on the teller, once payment is made, bank teller should be emailed to hello@nayanga.com stating order number as email subject.

REFUNDS
We will make refunds for returns within 7 days of the receipt of the unwanted products.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be dispatched within 2 days of receiving your order. The cost of delivery within Port Harcourt is One thousand naira (N1000). The cost of delivery to all other parts of Nigeria is One thousand nine hundred and fifty naira only (N1950) and we do not currently offer International shipping but will keep you updated once we start.

Kindly note that there is only one delivery address per order. Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for by someone on arrival so please provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature. We hold no liability for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour, disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

4. RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS / REFUND CONDITIONS
All purchased shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before regular wear. If any returned item is damaged, scuffed, soiled or worn on the sole or any other areas, we may refuse to give a refund and will return the item(s) to the customer. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Upon receipt of returned goods, Nayanga.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for return merchandise are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Shoes that are returned without their box may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. With claims that the product is defective, we will examine the returned product. If we agree that there is a defect we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. If we believe the item is not defective the item will be returned to you.

5. PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian naira and are inclusive of VAT. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, a product listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product’s correct price is less than our stated price we will charge the lower amount.

If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
