Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase from us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return for a refund or store credit.

Returns must be made within 7 days after delivery. To receive a refund or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Returns note filled correctly clearly stating cash back or store credit.
  2. Must not belong to our “ Non- refundable items” list (see below)
  3. The item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
  4. The items must still include the original tags attached to it.
  5. All items must pass our Nayanga inspection test.

To make a return, kindly note:
All we ask is that you make sure the order number is confirmed on your returns note, and whether you want a refund on any items or prefer store credit. We can’t take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.

All purchased shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before regular wear. If any returned item is damaged, torn, scuffed, soiled, worn on the sole or any other areas, we may refuse to give a refund and will return the purchased item to the customer.

Items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Upon receipt of returned goods, nayanga.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for return merchandise are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or store credit has been processed. This is usually done within 5 working days of receiving your return into our warehouse.

Any refund will automatically be issued via an online payment to you after your returned items are received, inspected and accepted. This typically takes about 7 working days.
If you have opted for store credit, you will receive a Nayanga electronic gift card within 5 business days after your returned items are received and accepted.

Items purchased on ‘Sale’ are FINAL, and unfortunately may not be returned under any circumstances.
Returns item(s) with completed Item Return Forms should be returned to Nayanga Limited to:

Returned items must be received within 7 days of your delivery date.

 

Defective Goods
If you claim that the product is defective, we will examine the returned product. If we agree that there is a defect we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you as a result of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

You also have the opportunity to exchange a product returned as a result of a defect, exchange can be made for the same item or another item with the same price. Should this be your choice, we’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click ‘Edit’ below your Address Book (remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done).

If we believe the item is not defective the item will be returned to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently take international orders, but once this begins we will be sure to let you know.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, the following products are excluded from our return policy, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Beauty products
  • Jewellery
  • Hosiery
  • Lingerie (including women’s shapewear and body shapers) and underwear
  • Sports bras, Swimwear (bikinis and 1-piece suits)
  • Sale Items
