Hey! Just a reminder that you will receive your orders anywhere within Nigeria from 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Local Shipping is limited to states within Nigeria. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

Express Shipping
Orders placed for Express service before 10:00 AM will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

We accept all orders shipped within Nigeria; however we are unable to offer express deliveries to areas which may be affected by War or natural disasters. Kindly note that deliveries to these areas may take longer than expected.

We currently DO NOT offer this service at this time. We understand you are always on-the-go and may not be at home/office most of the time. So to make shopping even more convenient for you, we are working on a solution to this, and we will let you know once things change.

Kindly note that we currently offer Pay on delivery (POD) service in Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja, Abeokuta and Ibadan only. However purchases above One hundred thousand Naira (N100,000) can only be made by card transactions on Nayanga.com or via bank transfers. Payment for purchases to be delivered to states outside these will be made directly on www.nayanga.com or via bank transfer.

If you will be paying by online bank transfer, order number should be stated as subject of email with screen shot of complete payment of purchase including delivery fees to hello@nayanga.com.

If you will be paying by bank teller, order number and full amount including delivery fees should be stated on the teller, once payment is made, bank teller OR transaction screen shot should be emailed to hello@nayanga.com stating order number as email subject.
